1. What is Digitizing?
Digitizing is the act of taking a printed logo, scanning it in to an embroidery software program and manually mapping out the direction, density and pattern the design will need to run properly and give the greatest look considering the material it will be embroidered on. This process is only required for embroidery, and is not relevant for creating any other types of products.

2. Do we supply garments?

Yes! If you don’t see what you are looking for in our online catalogs, don’t hesitate to ask.

3. What is the turn around time on an order?
Our work is highly custom, making turnaround times greatly dependant on the work being done. However, a safe estimate for most jobs is approximately two weeks from the time of order.

4. Average price on digitizing?
Average left chest logo ranges from $50-$75. A full back design can range from $150-$350. This is a one time fee for setup and a stitched out sample for your approval.

5. What about RUSH orders?
Every order is treated as a “Rush Order”.  We do them as quickly as possible with out sacrificing the overall quality of workmanship.  If we cannot meet your time frame we will tell you in advance.

6. Do you have minimums?
Embroidery minimums are a quantity of 1. We have in-house digitizing available to match your company logo. Screen printing minimums can be as low as 6. For the best value, however, 48 is recommended.

7. What do you charge for artwork?
The first 1/2 hour of design is included in any work order for basic alterations and additions. After that point custom design is $40/hr. We work with the following file formats: cdr, eps or ai (with fonts converted), and high resolution (300 dpi) jpg and pdf files.
