1. What is Digitizing?
Digitizing is the act of taking a printed logo, scanning it in to an embroidery software program and manually mapping out the direction, density and pattern the design will need to run properly and give the greatest look considering the material it will be embroidered on.

2. Do we supply garments?

YES, along with the links on this site I have many more suppliers to buy from. If you don’t see what you are looking for don’t hesitate to ask.

3. What is the turn around time on an order?
In stock garments for embroidery, depending on the job size may take from a day to 3 days, unless custom digitizing is involved.  Screen printing takes between 2-3 weeks average.

4. Average price on digitizing?
Average left chest logo ranges from $50-$75. A full back design can range from $150-$350. This is a one time fee for setup and a stitched out sample for your approval.

5. What about RUSH orders?
Every order is treated as a “Rush Order”.  We do them as quickly as possible with out sacrificing the overall quality of workmanship.  If we cannot meet your time frame we will tell you in advance.

6. Do you have minimums?
Embroidery minimums are a quantity of 1. We have in-house digitizing available to match your company logo.
Screen Printing minimums as low as 6, but for the best value 48 is recommended. Contact us for a special offer with all screen printing orders, ideal for small groups or individuals.

7. What do you charge for artwork?
Our first 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour is included. If you cannot provide good quality artwork and we have to recreate, the charge is $40/hr. We work with the following file formats: cdr, eps or ai (with fonts converted), and high resolution (300 dpi) jpg and pdf files.
